Effective October 2026. This policy covers the pinnacleapexbilling.com website and how Pinnacle Apex Project Management LLC, doing business as Pinnacle Apex Medical Billing ("we," "us"), handles information you share with us.
What this website collects
The website itself does not use advertising cookies or sell data. We collect information in two ways:
- Consultation requests. When you submit the consultation form, we receive the name, facility, role, contact details, and message you enter. We use this only to respond to your request.
- Basic hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.
Please do not include resident names, Medi-Cal identification numbers, dates of birth, or any other protected health information in the website form. Client records are exchanged only through encrypted channels after an agreement is in place.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To provide billing services under a signed service agreement
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Protected health information
In providing billing services to healthcare facilities, we act as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every client before receiving any protected health information, and we use and disclose that information only as that agreement and the law permit. Protected health information is stored on encrypted systems, access is limited to the people performing the work, and records are exchanged only through encrypted file-sharing services.
Service providers
We use reputable providers for website hosting, email, form delivery, and encrypted file exchange. They process information only on our instructions. Where a provider handles protected health information, we require a Business Associate Agreement with that provider as well.
Retention
Consultation inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are retained for the period required by our service agreement and applicable law, then securely deleted or returned.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the contact information you submitted through this website at any time by emailing Zantahir46@gmail.com. Requests involving client records are handled under the applicable service agreement.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
