Rates shown on this site are our standard published rates and are confirmed in writing in each client's service agreement. Terms and conditions apply. Comparisons to typical industry rates are based on published pricing guides and are provided for context.

The Pinnacle Apex name, logo, website content, and the claims software and processes we use are our property. You may link to this site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or use our materials commercially without written permission.
